• チケットは日時指定制です。指定日時以外のご利用はできません。
• 各枠1時間前までご購入可能です。
• ​原則、入場券はご購入されました入場枠（入場日及び入場開始時間）にご購入されましたご本人のみ、展覧会をお楽しみいただけるチケットとなっております。
• Each ticket is valid only once per person.
• If you are under the age of 18, please be sure to obtain permission from a guardian before purchasing tickets and visiting the venue.
• Date and time changes, cancellations, and refunds are not possible after purchase. Please check your desired date, time and quantity carefully before purchasing.
• No refunds will be issued if the exhibition has been held, even in the event of natural disasters or related transportation difficulties.
• Tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances (lost, burned, damaged, etc.). Additionally, tearing off the ticket stub will be invalid. Please keep your ticket safe.
• The purchase, transfer, or resale of tickets for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited under any circumstances. If a violation is discovered, we may take strict action such as refusing entry or asking you to leave. (Tickets will be issued with the purchaser's name written on them. In some cases, we may ask you to confirm your identity.)
• We cannot be held responsible for any problems with tickets purchased through resale.

About admission

• 最終入場は各入場枠終了の20分前とさせていただきます。例） [11:00-12:00]の入場枠は、11:40まで入場可。

• 注意事項をお守りいただけない場合は、ご案内ができない可能性がございますのでご注意ください。
• 午前と午後で入場入替えを行います。午後は入場入替えはございません。(「AMチケット」でご入場の方は12時にはご退場頂きます)
• Re-entry not permitted.
• 当日の天候や状況に応じて、入場列作成開始時間および入場列・待機場所を変更する可能性がございます。また、運営状況に応じて、予告なしに入場方法を変更する場合がございます。予めご了承ください。またその際は、現場スタッフの指示に従って頂くようお願い致します。
• 新型コロナウイルスの感染状況や政府および東京都からの要請、社会情勢等により、やむを得ず開催を中止する可能性がございます。予めご了承ください。

■入場について

• 指定入場枠内にお越しください。
• 最終入場は各入場枠終了の20分前とさせていただきます。例）[11:00-12:00]の入場枠は、11:40まで入場可。
• Even if you arrive on time, your admission time may be delayed depending on the situation on the day. Please note.
• You may be asked to line up outside even on rainy days, so please prepare rain gear in advance.
• 待機場所および入場列でのお待ち合わせはご遠慮ください。
• Please refrain from staying up all night, late at night, or early in the morning, waiting in line, or visiting the venue or nearby areas as this will cause inconvenience to nearby residents and other facility users.

• 2歳以上のお客様でマスクを着用されていない方はご入場をお断りしています。ただし、熱中症対策のため、十分なソーシャルディスタンス（人との距離を2ｍ以上とる）を保ちながら、適宜マスクを外して休憩をお取りください。

■ About the venue

• 音声の記録できる行為（ムービー撮影、録音）は全面的に禁止とさせていただきます。静止画の撮影については一部の展示物を除き可能です。ただし、撮影禁止とさせて頂いた対象につきましては、写真・ムービーの撮影（スチール写真・デジカメ・スマホ等）や録音などを固くお断りしておりますので、ご了承ください。悪質な場合には、ご退場いただく場合がございます。
• 担当スタッフが、会場にて写真、ビデオの撮影を行う場合があります。撮影した写真、画像は今後のイベントの宣伝物などに使用させて頂く可能性がございますので、予めご了承ください。

• 音声ガイダンスをよりお楽しみいただくため、お客様がお持ちいただいたイヤホンを使用されることは可能です。イヤホンの使用なくても音声ガイドはお楽しみいただけます。（会場にはお貸出しのイヤホンはございません。有料のイヤホンの販売は予定しています。）
• 会場内には、キャリーバッグなどの大きなお荷物はお持ち込みいただけません。
• 会場ではお荷物のお預かりができません。会場外のコインロッカーをご利用ください。
• 危険物の持ち込みや、補助犬を除く犬・猫等ペットの同伴はご遠慮ください。
• Strollers and wheelchairs are allowed inside the venue, but they cannot be kept. Also, we may ask you to refrain from using strollers when the area is crowded.
• 場内の写真撮影は一部を除き可能ですが、三脚のご使用はご遠慮ください。
• 会場内外での座り込みや長時間立ち止まり等の専有行為はご遠慮ください。
• Please refrain from any behavior that may cause a nuisance to other customers (such as interrupting or lingering in front of exhibits for long periods of time).
• 会場内外でのお客様同士のトラブルや事故、盗難に関しては一切の責任を負えません。
• There are no parking discounts for admission fees or product purchases.
• Please use public transportation to visit the venue.
• Due to venue space limitations, we do not accept stand flowers or arranged flowers, regardless of whether it is for the general public or corporations.
• Entry is strictly prohibited to members of organized crime groups, other anti-social organizations, people associated with them, and inebriated persons.
