Regarding prohibited acts within Tokyo Dome City
To ensure the safety and security of our customers, the following actions are prohibited.
- Smoking while walking or outside designated smoking areas (including electronic and smokeless tobacco products)
- Acts of lying down on a bench/acts that obstruct the passageway
- Walk your pet off-leash
- Feeding cats, pigeons, etc.
- Entry into the city at night (1:00-4:30)
- Access to bicycles, motorbikes, electric scooters, etc. within the city
- Playing catch, skateboarding, in-line skating, and other competitive activities
- Scalping, such as buying and selling or reselling Sports, Concert, and other tickets and service vouchers
- Unauthorized sales, advertising, distribution of flyers, event hosting, and other gatherings
- Unauthorized sale, distribution, or display of merchandise
- Filming or distribution for commercial purposes or that causes inconvenience to others
- Bringing and using radio-controlled devices, including drones
- Bringing in explosives, firearms, swords, fire, etc., and dangerous materials
- Acts that disrupt the safety, morals, and order within the City and cause trouble to others.
Security cameras and wearable cameras
For security purposes, Tokyo Dome City uses security cameras, and in some areas a camera system with facial recognition function is in operation. In addition, some security staff patrol the city wearing wearable cameras.
Additionally, in some facilities we have installed cameras for measurement and analysis purposes in order to improve our services.

Tokyo Dome Corporation measures and analyzes the number of customers entering the store, the length of their stay, and the number of people passing through from footage taken by cameras at FOOD STADIUM TOKYO (hereinafter referred to as the "store"), and uses this information to improve products and services and visualize congestion levels.
Congestion status is displayed on Tokyo Dome City app.The footage captured by the cameras is used only to measure and analyze the number of people entering the store, the length of their stay, and the number of people passing by. The results of the measurement and analysis do not include any content that shows the faces or features of customers or any information that could identify specific individuals.
The footage captured by the cameras is promptly destroyed after measurement and analysis. The footage and analysis data will only be used by our company and will not be used by other companies.- Data acquisition period: Monday Mon. 1, 2025
