- Can I purchase advance tickets for Hero Action Show at Tokyo Dome City?
Tickets will not be sold at Tokyo Dome City. Please purchase tickets through e+ (eplus).
- Can I purchase tickets on the day?
If you purchase a reserved seat ticket on the day,
Smartphone or convenience store (7-Eleven, Family Mart) Please purchase tickets at the ticket office. General admission tickets (limited quantity) for regular performances only are also available for purchase on-site.

- What is the price for Hero Action Show?
It depends on the performance. Please check the official website.
- Can I purchase tickets to a show with the 10% off ticket?
Purchases cannot be made with 10 tickets.
- Can I cancel or change my ticket?
Please note that tickets cannot be cancelled or changed for personal reasons.
- Can I change a child's ticket to an adult's ticket?
For special performances featuring actors from the TV series, changes are not permitted under any circumstances. For other performances that can be changed, if you wish to change to an adult ticket after purchasing a child's ticket for Hero Action Show due to a sudden illness or other circumstances, we will only be able to change to an adult ticket if the following conditions are met. Please speak to a G-Rosso staff member on the day of the performance.
- 1.The person who purchased the ticket must be present.
- 2.The name written on the ticket brought by the purchaser must be verified to match the official photo ID (*1).
- 3.If you are using Suma Ticket, please present the personal information registered at the time of purchase and an official identification card with a photo, so that we can confirm that there is no discrepancy as a result of the verification.

If the above conditions are not met, tickets cannot be changed for any reason.
In addition, in some cases, such as special performances, it may not be possible to change the ticket category.
- How can I enter using e+ (eplus) Smart Ticket?
You can enter by presenting your smartphone ticket entry screen at the entrance.

- Please tell me how long the performance will last.
It's an action show lasting about 30 minutes.
There will be no break. Due to production reasons, entry and exit during the performance may be restricted.
- Can I re-enter?
Re-entry is permitted. Please be sure to bring your ticket stub and Smart Ticket with you as you will need to present them at the re-entrance gate to enter and exit. If you have lost your ticket stub, please speak to a staff member at the re-entrance gate.
- Can I eat and drink inside Theater G-Rosso?
You may bring in and consume food and drinks other than alcohol and soups.

About tickets- Resale of tickets and the numbers required for ticket exchange to third parties for commercial purposes is prohibited.
- We may refuse admission to tickets purchased through internet bulletin boards, auctions, ticket shops, etc. We will not be held responsible for any troubles that may occur with tickets purchased in such a way.
- Resale or transfer of tickets within Tokyo Dome City is strictly prohibited.
About waiting to enter/wait to exitPlease refrain from waiting for performers to enter or leave the venue, as this will not only obstruct customers passing through Tokyo Dome City, but also cause you to injure yourself due to jostling.
About gifts for performersGifts to performers can only be sent by letter. Please leave your gift in the gift box located in the lobby. Also, please be sure to include your name.
We do not accept any gifts sent by mail. Please note.
Items that cannot be brought in or used- Strollers are not allowed inside Theater G Rosso. Please use the stroller storage area. You cannot leave any luggage other than strollers in the stroller storage area.
Please note that the stroller storage space will be changed each time. Please note that it cannot be used across multiple visits. - Baggage that is too large to fit in your own seat cannot be carried on or checked in. Please use the coin lockers in Tokyo Dome City.
- Penlights and glow sticks other than the "G Rosso Original Penlights" sold by G Rosso are not permitted.
- Alcoholic beverages, soups, and other foods may not be brought into Theater G Rosso.
Regarding the show performance and stage greetings- Photography or recording during the show performance or stage greeting is strictly prohibited. If you find it, we ask that you delete the data within the theater.
- During the show performance and stage greetings, please refrain from touching the performers or shouting at them.
- During the show and onstage greetings, please keep any cheering items such as boards and fans at chest height.
- Please refrain from viewing from the front. There are many small children in attendance, so please be considerate of the customers behind you.
- Are there restrooms inside Theater G-Rosso?
There are no toilets inside G-Rosso. There are toilets outside the theater (go down the hallway next to the entrance and turn left), so please use them before the show starts.
- Is there a place to park strollers?
You can leave it next to the Theater G Rosso entrance when you enter.
Please make sure to pick up your tickets after each performance, as tickets will be changed for each performance.
- Is there anywhere I can breastfeed or change diapers?
The nursing room is located on the first floor Geopolis.
For changing diapers, please use the nursing room or universal toilet on the first floor of Geopolis.
- Can I watch Hero Action Show in a wheelchair?
Seats for wheelchair users are available. Please call 050-3185-1617 (e-plus customer support 10:00-18:00) to purchase tickets.
- Can I participate in the handshake and photo session in a wheelchair?
Yes, you can participate. After purchasing your handshake and photo session participation ticket, please speak to a staff member on the day.
- Can I bring my assistance dog to the show?
Yes, you can watch the show. You may be guided to the wheelchair space at the rear of the auditorium, or to assigned seats depending on the situation on the day.
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of assistance dogs (guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs).
- Are there support tools available for people with hearing impairments?

- Can I take photos and record audio inside Theater G-Rosso?
Unless photography time is set aside during the performance, photography and recording are not permitted during the show or stage greetings.
Photography is permitted before and after the performance and during handshake and photo sessions.[About photo shoot time]
Only still images are allowed; video recording is not permitted.The prohibited activities are as follows:
・The use of electronic devices such as cell phones and smartphones before and after the photo shoot begins
・Video shooting, SLR photography, compact digital camera photography, flash photography
・Changing seats during photo shoot
・Any behavior that disturbs other customers or interferes with the performance
・You may post to social media for personal use only, but please be careful not to include other customers in the photos.- If you use a tripod, please ensure that your seat does not exceed chest height. Please refrain from using the tripod in the aisle or leaving your seat with the tripod unattended.
- Are there any restrictions on clothing when viewing the exhibit?
Please refrain from coming to the venue or attending the performance in clothing that significantly obstructs the view, covers the face, poses a danger to those around you, or violates public order and morals, or that may interfere with the viewing experience.
In addition, we will not allow visitors to come to the venue or watch the performance dressed as characters, including wearing masks or other headgear.
In principle, it is not prohibited to come to the venue or watch the play wearing costumes, but if the organizer deems that the behavior damages the image of the character or is a nuisance to other customers, entry will be prohibited. We will limit it.
Regarding photos and videos taken in costume in and around Theater G-Rosso, please enjoy them only for yourself and strictly refrain from uploading them to social media.
- Is there anything prohibited inside Theater G-Rosso?
Smoking is prohibited inside Theater G Rosso.
In addition, playing games, using the internet, sending e-mails, talking on mobile phones, using penlights (except for G-Rosso original penlights), glow sticks, etc. are not permitted during the show or during the stage greetings.
Please keep cheering items such as boards and fans at chest height.
Boards larger than the seat width of 45cm will not be allowed on board.
