Are there coin lockers?

There are 400 lockers on the 1st floor, 70 on the B2F in the hall, and 450 on the B3F. *The 1st floor lockers are located outside the hall.

Are there cloakrooms and childcare facilities on site?

It depends on the event. Please check with the contact information for each event listed on the event information page.

Are there any nursing rooms in the building?

We do not have a nursing room, but there is a diaper changing area in the multi-purpose restroom, so please use that.

Is there a smoking area in the building?

The smoking area is located on the basement floor. Smoking is prohibited in the auditorium and foyer.

Can I use Wi-Fi inside the building?

Softbank Wi-Fi is available in the foyer on each floor.

Is the building barrier-free?

You can take an elevator from the entrance floor (1F) to the arena floor (B3F). There are also multi-purpose toilets in the building. *There are no multi-purpose toilets on the 1st floor.

Could you please tell me how to purchase tickets for performances at Kanadevia Hall and what the events will be like?

What items cannot be brought into the building?

We do not allow bottles, cans, dangerous items, etc. Depending on the event, bringing in cameras, etc. may also be prohibited.

Can I use a mobile phone inside the building?

Please refrain from making phone calls inside the auditorium or arena. You can make phone calls in the foyer (corridor), but since it is underground, there are some places where it is difficult for signals to reach.

What kind of food and drinks are available for sale in the hall?

Alcohol, soft drinks, hot dogs, etc. are available at the shop inside the hall. (This may change depending on the event.)

How can I pay at the shops in the building?

I took the drink coin home with me. Can I use it later?

Drink coins are valid only on the day of purchase.

There is a notation that says [Drinks are charged separately], but what does that mean?

At the time of admission, you will be required to pay ¥500 in cash for drinks. After payment, you will receive drink coins, which you can exchange for your favorite drink at the store in the hall. (Drinks that can be exchanged may vary depending on the event)
