Space Travelium TeNQ

- Please tell me your business hours.
Business hours are 11:00-21:00 on weekdays (last entry 20:00), and 10:00-21:00 on weekends, holidays, and special days (last entry 20:00). However, you may not be able to experience VR content depending on the crowding situation. Business hours are also subject to change. Please check the following page for details.
- How long will it take?
The VR content takes about 20 minutes to experience . If you want to explore each area, it will take about 1 to 2 hours.
- Can I re-enter the building?
Re-entry is not permitted. (Re-entry with the same ticket is not permitted.)
- Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets can be purchased at the Space Travelium TeNQ official website, Seven Tickets, TOKYO DOME CITY e-Ticket Store, or at the TeNQ Ticket Counter. For details, please see the following page.
- Can I cancel my purchased ticket?
Please note that tickets cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded after purchase.
- Are there any age restrictions for admission?
Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by a junior high school student or older to enter the museum. Children under 7 years old cannot experience VR content. Children between 7 and 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18 or older to experience VR, and each child must have a parental consent form.
- 大人1名で、複数の子どもと一緒にVRを体験できますか？
7～12歳のお子様おひとりでの体験はできません。1名に対し18歳以上の保護者1名の同伴が必要です。
また、7～12歳のお子様が体験する場合、親権者の同意書が1名に対し1枚必要です。なお、7歳未満のお子様、VR利用規約の記載内容に該当する方はVRコンテンツを体験できませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。
- Can I experience VR content multiple times?
You may enjoy the VR content once per visit.
- VRを利用したいです。レンタルシューズはありますか？
チケットカウンターにて、レンタルシューズと靴下（ともに有料、数に限りあり）のお取り扱いがございます。
※かかと部分の高さが5cm以上の靴（厚底靴やスニーカー、ブーツ等、種類問わず）や、サンダルやミュールなど、つま先やかかとが露出した靴ではVRをご利用いただけません。事前に以下ページをご確認ください。
- Is it wheelchair accessible?
The building has been designed with barrier-free access in mind.
*Please contact us in advance if you are a person requiring nursing care.
- Can I eat and drink inside the building?
Please note that bringing in food and drinks is not permitted. Please use "TeNQ CAFE 138" located inside the building.
*Food and drink can only be enjoyed in the LOUNGE Q area.
- Are there coin lockers in the building?
Yes, there are. Please note that the number is limited.
- モバイルバッテリーのレンタルはありますか？
館内にモバイルバッテリーレンタルサービス「ChargeSPOT」がございます。ご希望の方はスタッフまでお申し出ください。
- Can I bring pets into the facility?
ペット同伴での入館はご遠慮ください。
