We design commercial facilities, public spaces, and landscapes based on the concept of "URBAN FARMMING," and also operate directly managed stores such as "SOLSO FARM" (Kawasaki) and "SOLSO PARK" (Minami Aoyama), which are open only on weekends.

Origin of name
- "Hi!"A food and community space where greetings are exchanged.
- A place where visitors can spend time in their own way, with a focus on unique restaurants, greenery, art, and a kids' area.『EVERY』。
- A green valley surrounded by Yellow Bldg and TOKYO DOME HOTEL『VALLEY』。
- The motif is the greeting ``Hi! Everybody'', and it depicts the entrance to the southwest side Tokyo Dome City where guests are welcomed.
