東京ドームシティ アトラクションズの営業休止に伴い、「東京ドームシティ まるごとパスポート」の販売・利用を当面の間中止させていただきます。
すでに対象チケットをお買い求めのお客様につきましては、以下の通り払い戻しを承ります。お手数をおかけいたしますが、詳細をご確認いただきますようお願い申し上げます。
営業休止に伴うチケットの払い戻しについて
4月22日(水)以降のチケットをお持ちのお客様につきましては払い戻しを実施いたします。
【各オンラインプレイガイドにて前売りチケットをお買い求めの場合】
お買い求めいただいたプレイガイドより返金いたします。各プレイガイドからのメールにてご確認ください。
【その他のチケットをお買い求めの場合】
アトラクションズチケットカウンターにて返金対応をいたします。チケットカウンターのスタッフへお声がけください。
なお、各施設の営業情報につきましては、当該施設の公式ホームページをご参照いただきますようお願い申し上げます。
