Rental Field Features

A 340m² artificial turf field that is as close to natural grass as possible. Enjoy Sports in a comfortable environment.

The facility is spacious and perfect for practicing Baseball or futsal. As it is indoors, you can enjoy Sports in a comfortable temperature without being affected by weather such as heavy rain or strong winds.
Please contact us if you are a youth Baseball team or Baseball club and are having trouble finding a field due to bad weather. Access is also excellent.

How to make a reservation

• Reservations can be made at the front desk or by phone up to one month in advance.
• Please read the rental field terms and conditions before applying.
• When applying, we will ask you for the purpose of use, date and time, number of people, representative's name, and contact information.
• Reservations and inquiries are accepted from 10:00 to 21:00.
• Reservations are accepted in one-hour increments, with a maximum of four hours per group.
• The multi-purpose field is intended for use for Baseball (wooden bats not permitted) and futsal practice, but if you would like to use it for other Sports or events, please contact us separately.
• Due to maintenance reasons, the pitcher's mound may be closed. If you would like to use it, please check at the time of reservation.

About cancellation

If you wish to cancel your reservation, please be sure to contact us. Please note that cancellation fees will be charged as follows:

• ​Cancellation fees will be charged for the number of hours booked.
• ​If the cancellation fee is not paid, you will not be allowed to use the service in the future.

Procedures for same-day use

• Please fill out the application form and make payment in advance at the front desk 10 minutes before using the field.
• After payment is complete, users can use the changing rooms (lockers), free boxes, and lounge.
• Extensions can be made in one-hour increments only if the field is available on the day.

• ​You may use the facility only when there are no events hosted by the facility (including Baseball school).
• ​The above rates do not apply for events or photography use.
• ​Various credit cards and electronic money can be used. Please see our Frequently Asked Questions for more information.

Equipment fee

• ​If the item is damaged or soiled, you may be required to pay compensation.

Terms of service

• We will confirm the purpose of field use at the time of reservation.
• Depending on the purpose, we may refuse your use.
• Any use that may disturb other users, such as unauthorized photography, commercial use, or loud dancing, is prohibited.
• Any actions equivalent to those of instructors and coaches at our facility are prohibited.
• For safety reasons, the number of people allowed on the field will be limited to a maximum of 20.
• If there are more than 21 people using the field, please wait outside and take turns using the field.
• Please be sure to follow the instructions of facility staff when using the facilities.
• If you do not follow these instructions, your use of the facility will be suspended and you will not be permitted to use the facility in the future.
• Please wear sneakers when entering the field.
• Entry with spikes, leather shoes, or stiletto heels is strictly prohibited.
• Wooden bats are not permitted.
• Please refrain from leaning on the net or intentionally hitting the ball into it.
• Please refrain from using the facility if you are not feeling well or have been drinking alcohol.
• We do not allow people under 18 years of age or high school students to use the facility alone.
• We will not allow anyone who is deemed to be a member or associated with a crime syndicate or other anti-social group to use our facilities.
• Please refrain from eating or drinking on the field.
• Smoking is prohibited throughout the building. If you wish to smoke, please use the smoking area in the elevator hall.
• Please complete preparation and clean up within the reserved time.
• If any damage occurs to the facility or equipment, please report it to a member of staff immediately.
• Please note that you may be required to pay for repairs depending on the extent of the damage.
• The facility will not take any responsibility for theft, loss, or accidents that occur within the facility.
• When reserving field use, please read and agree to the terms of use.
