2. How to Shop at Tax-free Stores

Shopping Tax-free

• ​免税カウンターはございません。各店舗毎の対応となります。
• ​免税手続きには10分～20分程度のお時間がかかりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
• ​Tax exemption for a product has to be processed at the very shop where you have purchased it. You cannot process tax exemption at a different store.

   You need your passport for tax exemption. Please present your passport.​ ​

2. 

   Store staff will explain the necessary procedures.

3. 

   After transaction is made, the procedure is done.​ ​

4. 

   Please submit your passport and purchased items to customs upon departure.
