[1] About tickets

• Tickets are date and time specific. It cannot be used outside of the specified date and time. *As a general rule, admission tickets and admission tickets with a play button can only be purchased by the person who purchased the ticket and up to three companions in the name of the purchaser ( (One ticket is for one person. • 20 minutes before the start time, our staff will guide you to the entrance line.
• Please refrain from waiting at the venue or near the entrance line for more than 20 minutes before each admission session, as this may cause inconvenience to the general public.
• Even if you arrive on time, your admission time may be delayed depending on the situation on the day. Please note.
• You may be asked to line up outside even on rainy days, so please prepare rain gear in advance.
• Please refrain from waiting in the waiting line.
• Please refrain from staying up all night, late at night, or early in the morning, waiting in line, or visiting the venue or nearby areas as this will cause inconvenience to nearby residents and other facility users.

Where can I redeem my play button?

After entering the entrance of the exhibition venue.

Regarding the exchange of the play button, I do not know "during the exhibition period after the purchased admission session".

For example, if the ticket with the play button you purchased is for "Saturday, February 24, 2018 Sat. 18:00", you can exchange it for any show between the show on Sat. February 24, 2018 at 18:00 and the show on Sunday, March 11, 2018 at 18:00, which is the final show of season 1. The final show is on Sunday, March 11, 2018 at 18:00 for the first show, Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at 19:00 for the second show, and Sunday, April 15, 2018 at 18:00 for the third show.

I won, but I can't go on the day, so I would like to redeem the play button on another day.

If you are unable to attend the admission session you purchased for some reason after winning, or if you are during the session after the admission session you purchased (if you have won the first session, only during the first session), please click the play button.
