Request to all visitors
We ask all visitors to please cooperate with the following:
Those not admitted to enter
- Members of organized crime groups or similar antisocial groups, or those with close ties to them
- Those who have been prohibited or refused entry by the organizers or Korakuen Hall
- Those who do not present official entrance passes
- Those who are notably drunk
- Any other person who the organizers or Korakuen Hall deems it necessary to refuse entry
Prohibited items
- Dangerous items (poisonous substances, open flames, guns, swords, and other dangerous items)
- Significantly large cheerleading equipment
- Pets（Except for assistance dogs for the disabled ）
- Baggage too big for a seat and that exceeds the size of the seat
However, strollers cannot be brought or used in the seating area.
We will keep it at our Korakuen office.
We are unable to store any luggage or valuables other than strollers. - Any other items that the organizers or Korakuen Hall deem to be disruptive to the progress of the event, to the management and operation of the facility, to be dangerous, or to be a nuisance to other customers.
Prohibited Activities
- Violent behavior (abusive language, threats, extortion, intimidation, violence, etc.)
- Use of the venue by gangsters, other antisocial groups and their members
- Entering prohibited areas and viewing in areas other than designated areas
- Viewing from a seat other than the one indicated on the ticket
- Throwing objects (throwing objects into the ring or into the audience)
- Use of balloons, jet balloons, etc.
- Cheering with musical instruments (drums, large megaphones, etc.)
- Unauthorized photography
- Flash photography during the match
- Actions that go against the instructions of staff
- Any other dangerous behavior that the organizers and Korakuen Hall deem to be disruptive to the progress of the event or the management and operation of the facility, or any other behavior that is deemed to be a nuisance to other customers.
