A new facility has been created where you can experience soccer fun beyond your imagination!
◆Area
There are two areas: the "PARK Area" with its cafes and bars and soccer shops, and the "DISCOVERY Area" where you can experience cutting-edge digital technology such as generative AI.
DISCOVERY
This is an area where you can enjoy experiential content and archives that utilize the latest technology.
- There is an admission fee to enter the Discovery Area.
PARK
An artificial lawn area with a park-like feel and a large screen.
There is a cafe and bar where you can enjoy blue-ing!'s original soccer-themed menu, as well as a soccer shop selling Japan national team merchandise and original goods.
This is an area where various events are held.

What is the soccer culture creation center "blue-ing!"?
This project has been carried out as one of the joint projects under the "Basic Agreement on Urban Development Collaboration and Base Reorganization Utilizing the Power of Football" concluded between the JFA and Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. in 2021. Under the supervision of Yoichi Ochiai, Director of the Digital Nature Development Research Center at the University of Tsukuba, the facility will include an area where you can enjoy next-generation experiential content, the latest digital exhibits, AI automatic generation, and more, based on the concept of "a place for communication and creativity that connects to the future," as well as an event space, a cafe and bar, and a soccer shop.

IMM THEATER, named by Sanma Akashiya, is a new theater whose meaning is "Just being alive is a big win!"
The unique exterior expresses the excitement, cheers, joy and laughter of the audience through three colors and light, and uses ropes to represent a "new challenge."

What is IMM THEATER?
A new theater that will be a new base for "theater and entertainment" by Tokyo Dome and Yoshimoto Kogyo Group. Starting with the opening performance by Sanma Akashiya, who has been appointed to the role of DM (Don't Manager), a manager-like role, the theater aims to be a new entertainment hub for Bunkyo Ward, which is nurtured by history, culture, and greenery, and to be a theater that disseminates various entertainment such as theater and entertainment.
