Please feel free to come even if you are a beginner. Rules, manners, etc., Spo-Dori! (Indoor Sports Facility) Our staff will help you. We also hold free seminars by professional climbers divided into beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes, so please feel free to join us.
Rental T-shirts and shoes are also available, so you can come empty-handed!

Features of the wall
The wall has 8 levels of inclination ranging from 85 degrees to 135 degrees so that everyone from beginners to experts can enjoy it. Original holds typical of Tokyo Dome can be seen throughout. We have also installed a moon board with an LED system and a training board so that even advanced players can have fun without getting bored.

Member registration
If you are using this facility for the first time, you will need to register as a member. If you register in advance using the "web member registration application" or fill out the "membership registration application/pledge" and bring it with you, your membership registration will go smoothly.

Free training sessions by professional climbers held twice a month!
Classes are divided by level, so anyone from beginners to advanced can take the class.
- As soon as the event time, capacity, and target audience are decided, we will notify you under "Topics."
- How to Receive Reservations Reservations are accepted by phone or at the front desk from the 1st of the previous month (or the 15th of the previous month for those who have taken or are planning to take the course in the previous month).
- Please pay the facility usage fee at the front desk upon arrival. Participation in the seminar is free of charge.
- If you have not registered as a member, it will take some time to register. Please come to the front desk 20 minutes before the start of the seminar.

Beginner's Guide
If you are using this facility for the first time, you will need to register as a member. For more information"Admission” page.
Things to bring (clothes)
- T-shirts (rental available)
- Pants (shorts, jerseys, etc. Rental available)
- socks
- Climbing shoes (rental available. Free for first time registration)
- Only liquid chalk can be used (liquid chalk is sold at the facility)
- Please wear socks when using rental shoes.
- Rental shoes are available in sizes from 19cm to 32cm.
- Rental T-shirt sizes are S, M, L, and XL.
- Rental pants sizes are SS, S, M, L, and XL.

Bouldering competition rules
From the tapes of each color affixed to the handholds, you basically aim from "S (start)" to "G (goal)" using only the handholds of the same color tape. There are two types of tasks: one where only the hands are used to hold the tape of a designated color and the feet can be used freely, and the other where only handholds and footholds of the same color tape are allowed to be used.
Precautions
Bouldering is a dangerous Sports. Please read the following notes and understand the rules and etiquette before using the site.
Before use
- Please be sure to perform warm-up exercises on your own before using the facility.
- If you are not feeling well, please refrain from using the facility.
- Please refrain from using the facility after drinking alcohol.
- Bouldering with long nails is dangerous. Nail clippers are available at reception, so please use them.
- Please be sure to remove jewelry such as watches and rings as they may get scratched or cause injury.
- Please refrain from climbing shirtless or barefoot.
- If there are objects in your pockets, there is a risk of them falling down. Also, if you fall on the mat, you may be injured, so please check your pockets before using.

Be careful of falling objects
- Do not climb onto the mat unless you are about to start climbing or assist another climber in falling.
- Do not get under people who are climbing. If a climber falls, there is a risk of an accident involving other climbers.
- Always watch your head while in the bouldering area as other climbers and objects may fall.
- Before you start climbing, check to see if the line you are climbing is close to that of other climbers.
- Please take a break or wait your turn to climb outside the mat.
Precautions when landing
- When landing on the mat, make sure there are no people or obstacles below you, and use the cushions on your knees to land with both feet.
- Please be careful not to land on your back or chest or without using knee cushions as this may cause back and knee pain.
- Do not jump directly off the top of the wall as this may cause injury.
- Please be careful when landing as there may be gaps between the mat and the wall.
bouldering manners
- Please do not occupy the same wall for a long time and make concessions with other climbers.
- Bouldering shoes are only available in the bouldering area. Please be sure to change into sandals etc. when leaving the bouldering area.
- Due to facility management, powdered chalk cannot be used. If you need a non-slip surface, please use liquid chalk.
- Please use the restroom at the back of the lounge to wash your hands.
- Please use the lounge for food and drinks. Please note that only drinks with caps may be brought into the bouldering area.
- For safety reasons, please be sure to follow the instructions of our facility employees.
