Application Deadline	Sun. November 2, 2025 12:00 ​If the maximum number of teams is reached, entries will close before the deadline.
Match Format	There will be a maximum of 12 teams in both the first and second divisions. The top six teams from the three qualifying matches will advance to the semi-finals, while the bottom six will advance to the finals. 3 qualifying matches: 3 teams, with emphasis on number of winning sets Ranking and finals: 3-team match, emphasis on number of winning sets ​This may change depending on the number of participants.
