Starting Tue. May 27, 2025, the login method for the "Tokyo Dome City App" and "TOKYO DOME CITY e-Ticket Store" will change to an authentication method using "TOKYO DOME CITY ID."

"TOKYO DOME CITY ID" is a convenient shared ID that can be used for Tokyo Dome Group's online services.

【important】
Starting from Tue., May 27, 2025, you will be required to register a TOKYO DOME CITY ID when logging in to eligible online services for the first time.

Please note that if you are already using the applicable service, you will be automatically logged out and will no longer be able to log in with your previous ID.
You can carry over your previous usage data. For details, see the "Transferring your data"before visiting.

Please note that you cannot log in to your TD Points My Page using your TOKYO DOME CITY ID.

How to register for a new TOKYO DOME CITY ID

1. On the TOKYO DOME CITY ID login/new registration screen, select "New registration here” and enter the email address you wish to register and press “Send”.

When registering for a new TOKYO DOME CITY ID, you can use the email address you have been using.

2) Enter the verification code sent to the email address you entered and press "Next".

3. Enter all required information for registration. Check the information you entered on the confirmation screen and press "Register" to complete your TOKYO DOME CITY ID registration.

Transferring your data

After logging in to TOKYO DOME CITY ID for the first time, you can transfer the following data by entering the ID and password for the service you currently use.

Tokyo Dome City App: FUN earned by checking in, coupons distributed
TOKYO DOME CITY e-Ticket Store: Already purchased tickets and payment information

TOKYO DOME CITY ID is a convenient common ID that can be used for the following online services provided by Tokyo Dome Group.

What are the benefits of registering for a TOKYO DOME CITY ID?

You will be able to log in to the following online services provided by Tokyo Dome Group using the same ID and password.

What services can I use TOKYO DOME CITY ID for?: Tickets can be used through two online services: Tokyo Dome City app and the TOKYO DOME CITY e-Ticket Store.

Can I register for a TOKYO DOME CITY ID for free?: TOKYO DOME CITY ID is free to register and there is no annual fee.

I haven't received my verification code

Please check the following to ensure that you can receive the verification email from TOKYO DOME CITY ID.

Please check that the email address you entered is correct.

I can't set my login password: Please specify a password containing 10 to 32 characters, including at least one lowercase English letter and one number.
Please note that this cannot be the same as your email address.

Can one person register with multiple email addresses?: Due to the terms of the service, one person cannot register as a member using multiple email addresses.
Please register as a member using one email address per person.

I have been using Tokyo Dome City app or the TOKYO DOME CITY e-Ticket Store since before Tue. May 27, 2025, but I forgot to transfer my data when registering my TOKYO DOME CITY ID.

If you cannot log in even though your ID and password are correct, please check the following.

Important points to note when entering your ID and password

Please enter your ID (email address) and password in half-width characters.
Please be careful not to make a mistake when entering "." (dot) and "," (comma).
Please note that passwords are case sensitive. "K (uppercase)" "k (lowercase)"
Please make sure there are no spaces at the beginning, end or between characters in the string.

When copying and pasting or selecting characters from the input suggestions, spaces may appear before and after the characters.

If you are unable to log in even though you have entered your ID and password correctly, it may be that you have registered with a different email address or that you are not registered at all (including if you have cancelled your membership).

Can I log in to the TD Point Service using my TOKYO DOME CITY ID?: You cannot log in to the TD Point Service using your TOKYO DOME CITY ID.
Please create a separate TD Points account before logging in.

How do I delete my TOKYO DOME CITY ID?

If you wish to delete your TOKYO DOME CITY ID, please reset or cancel all of the services you are using, then contact the TOKYO DOME CITY ID Desk.

How to initialize Tokyo Dome City app data

At the bottom of the My FUN screen in the app, select "Initialize data/delete ID" > "Initialize Tokyo Dome City app usage data" and follow the instructions to initialize.

Once deleted, your TOKYO DOME CITY ID cannot be restored.
Even if you delete your TOKYO DOME CITY ID, your TD Points membership will not be cancelled.
