Apology and Notice Regarding the Offering of Expired Products

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued patronage.
It was discovered on Wed., October 29th, that two "TeNQ Black Cream Soda" products sold at "TeNQ CAFE 138" within our facility were served on Mon., October 27th, 2025, using jelly ingredients that had a best-by date of the previous day, the 26th. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and concern this may have caused our customers. Please note that there are no other products that use the same ingredients.
We are currently not receiving any inquiries regarding customer health issues.
This incident occurred due to an error in our checking system. We take this matter very seriously and will work thoroughly to prevent a recurrence by strengthening our expiration date management system, educating and informing all employees, and conducting regular monitoring.
Furthermore, although this information should have been reported to customers promptly, we would like to once again apologize for the delay in making this announcement due to a lack of awareness within the company, which delayed our initial response.
We would like to apologize to our customers for the inconvenience caused, and we deeply regret this incident and will strive to further strengthen our quality control system.
For customers who purchased the affected products on Monday, October 27th, we will refund the product price upon receiving your receipt or purchase history information. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us at the contact information listed below.
