Group Use

Space Travelium TeNQ offers group discounts for groups of 15 or more.
In addition, school groups (such as group activities) can apply even if they are small, with groups of 14 people or less.
Group rates apply only to use from 11:00 to 20:00 on weekdays, and from 17:00 to 20:00 on weekends, holidays, and special days.
In order for group rates to apply,2 days agoAdvance reservations are required.

Group rate (15 people or more)

• Free chaperones for students
• General group: Tour conductor
• Educational trip: Leader (teacher, photographer) and tour conductor
• ​If you enter the museum free of charge, you will not be able to experience the VR content.
  If you would like to experience VR content, please purchase a general ticket.

• The following groups are eligible for school and educational trips:
  • 1.A school approved by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology
    Kindergartens, elementary schools, junior high schools, high schools, junior colleges, technical colleges, special needs schools, vocational schools, and miscellaneous schools (excluding driving schools, cram schools, and vocational training schools)
  • 2.Childcare facilities
    Licensed nursery school, certified nursery school, certified nursery school, licensed nursery school, certified nursery school, certified childcare center

• ​※Children under 2 years old are free
• ​※Please note that children under the age of 7 cannot experience VR content.
• ​※Students must present identification to verify their age on the day.
• ​※Please note in advance that we cannot accept customer requests to cancel, change or get refunds for tickets after tickets are purchased.
• ​※Make sure to purchase your tickets acknowledging that you can not cancel, get refund, change, or reissue tickets after tickets are issued.
• ​※In case of natural disasters and equipment problems, we may change or cancel our operations.
• ​※Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by a junior high school student or older to enter the museum.
• ​※Anyone between the ages of 7 and 12 who wishes to experience the VR content in the museum must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18 or older and have a parental consent form.
• ​※Some of the content in the theater may contain images that may make you ill. Therefore, we ask that the following people - small children, the elderly, pregnant women, those who are not feeling well, those who get motion sickness easily, those with abnormal blood pressure, those with heart disease, those who are sensitive to loud noises, strobe lights, and other special effects, and those who are afraid of heights, dark places, and claustrophobia - take sufficient precautions before purchasing a ticket.
• ​It is not possible to reserve time for VR content within the museum.
  Depending on how busy it is on the day, it may take some time before you can experience the activity.

<VR Precautions>

• Each admission ticket allows you to try the experience once. Please be careful not to lose your admission ticket.
• Children under 7 years old are not allowed to experience this activity.
• Children ages 7-12 will need a parental consent form for each child participating.
  Due to the nature of the content, children cannot participate alone. Each child must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or over.
• ​To enter the VR area, you will need to present your exchanged admission ticket.
• ​Please download the consent form below or fill it out and submit it before the VR experience on the day.

• There are conditions for using VR content, such as physical condition, clothing, hairstyle, and shoes.
  Please be sure to read the terms of use, precautions, and disclaimers below. Please note that those who do not meet the conditions will not be able to participate in the experience.

For your safety, please wear comfortable clothing and footwear. The following types of clothing, shoes, and hairstyles are prohibited:

Clothing	Long pants, dresses, skirts, and long-sleeved clothing ​If your hands are covered by your sleeves, you may not be able to experience the program properly. If you have long hands, please try to turn them up. Any accessories or personal items that may interfere with wearing the goggles, or that may fall off or get caught in the goggles
shoes	Sandals, mules, and other shoes with exposed toes and heels Shoes with a heel height of 5cm or more (regardless of type, including platform shoes, sneakers, boots, etc.)
Hairstyle	Ponytail or hair bun Hairstyles that cannot be worn with goggles ​We recommend that you let your hair down or tie it low during the experience.
others	Please remove any accessories such as earrings and piercings. We recommend wearing contact lenses. You can use the facility while wearing glasses, but depending on the shape and size, you may not be able to wear goggles. Bifocal glasses (including bifocal contact lenses) may not provide comfortable viewing. Any other experience where it is deemed difficult to ensure safety

We will get back to you within 5 business days of receiving your email.

Your reservation will be completed once you receive the "Reservation Confirmation" from TeNQ.
