- ※Some of the content in the theater may contain images that may make you ill. Therefore, we ask that the following people - small children, the elderly, pregnant women, those who are not feeling well, those who get motion sickness easily, those with abnormal blood pressure, those with heart disease, those who are sensitive to loud noises, strobe lights, and other special effects, and those who are afraid of heights, dark places, and claustrophobia - take sufficient precautions before purchasing a ticket.

<VR Precautions>
- Children under the age of 7 and individuals who do not meet the criteria outlined in the VR terms of use are not permitted to experience VR content. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.
- Children aged 7-12 years old will need a parental consent form for each child. Due to the nature of the content, children cannot experience the activity alone. Each child must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or over.
- Please download the consent form below, fill in the necessary information, and bring it with you on the day of your visit. (Printed versions are also available at the facility.)
- Each admission ticket allows you to try the experience once.
- To enter the VR area, you will need your exchanged admission ticket. Please be careful not to lose your admission ticket.
- Please note that there are conditions for using VR content, such as clothing, hairstyle, shoes, etc. If you do not meet these conditions, you will not be able to experience it.
For your safety, please wear comfortable clothing and footwear. The following types of clothing, shoes, and hairstyles are prohibited:
Clothing - Long pants, skirts, dresses, and long-sleeved clothing
- If your hands are covered by your sleeves, you may not be able to experience the program properly. If you have long hands, please try to turn them up.
- Any accessories or personal items that may interfere with wearing the goggles, or that may fall off or get caught in the goggles
shoes - Sandals, mules, and other shoes with exposed toes and heels
- Shoes with a heel height of 5cm or more (regardless of type, including platform shoes, sneakers, boots, etc.)
Hairstyle - Ponytail or hair bun
- Hairstyles that cannot be worn with goggles
- We recommend that you let your hair down or tie it low during the experience.
others - Please remove any accessories such as earrings.
- We recommend wearing contact lenses.
- You can use the facility while wearing glasses, but depending on the shape and size, you may not be able to wear goggles.
- Please note that bifocal glasses (including bifocal contact lenses) may not provide a comfortable experience.

- People with mental disorders (determined based on the declaration by the person or their companion)

- Please note that staff may come into contact with you when putting on or taking off special equipment or when it is deemed necessary for safety reasons.
- If you do not follow the safety rules or instructions of staff, you may be denied the experience or have the experience terminated midway.
- Due to communication conditions or other reasons, you may not be able to take photos or download photos during the VR experience.
- You may not be able to experience some content in VR.

Customers with a disability certificate
This is a 200 yen discount off the regular price.
However, due to system limitations, the disability discount does not apply when purchasing tickets online (Webket), at Seven Tickets, or at the TOKYO DOME CITY e-Ticket Store.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please purchase tickets at the regular price and present the following eligibility certificate (copies are acceptable) at the TeNQ Ticket Counter on the day of your visit. We will refund the difference between the regular price and the discounted price for individuals with disabilities.
