Adult: Body composition meter measurement
Muscle mass, body fat percentage, etc. are measured for each body part (right arm, left arm, right leg, left leg, trunk).
By understanding the sporting characteristics and individual differences that appear in each body part, you can create a training menu that is tailored to your body's condition and the parts that need to be trained, allowing you to take your body to the next level.
