Precautions when entering the building
- Parents or guardians must accompany children (elementary school students or younger) for entry.
- A guardian is a parent or a person aged 20 or over who acts in place of a parent.
- Up to 5 children can be accompanied by one adult.
- Children or adults alone are not allowed to enter the facility.
- Children under 5 months old can enter free.
- Only children who have entered with a Children's Weekday 1-Day Free Pass and their accompanying adult may re-enter.
- Customers who enter with other ticket types will not be able to re-enter the museum.
- If it is crowded, numbered tickets may be distributed. For details,"About numbered tickets"
- Those who have been drinking alcohol will not be allowed to enter the building.
- Pets are not allowed in the facility.
Precautions when using the facility
- To prevent injuries or trouble, we ask that parents keep an eye on their children at all times.
- Please be aware that we can not assume any responsibility for troubles between customers within our facility, lost or stolen items etc.
- Children should take off their socks when playing.
- Please empty pockets when playing.
- For safety reasons, you may be asked to remove any jewelry.
- For the prevention of infectious diseases, please refrain from entering the facility in poor physical condition.
- The entire facility is smoke free.
- Eating or drinking, including sweets, is not permitted inside the building.
- Only baby food allowed
- Only drinks with airtight lids, such as water bottles or plastic bottles, may be brought in.
- Drinks are only permitted in the break area.
About numbered tickets
At ASOBono!(Indoor Kids' Playground) if the waiting line becomes too long and it takes time to enter the museum, or if admission is restricted due to crowding inside the museum, we will distribute numbered tickets.
- When distributing numbered tickets, they will be distributed in front of the facility entrance.
- The system is to call you by number. You cannot specify a time.
- When your numbered ticket is called, please come together as a group.
- The reservation ticket will be canceled if a certain amount of time passes after the announcement begins.
- Please refrain from joining the entrance line midway.
