Terms of service
Roller skating is Sports. Please make sure to warm up properly and take frequent breaks.
To ensure that everyone can enjoy our facilities safely and happily, we have established the following rules. Please understand and abide by them before entering.
Rules of Use
Individuals who are intoxicated, have a contagious disease, have a high fever, are pregnant, have a heart condition, are feeling unwell, or have any other pre-existing medical conditions that make them unsuitable for exercise are not permitted to skate on the rink.
- Please skate counterclockwise on the main rink as a general rule.
- The main rink is for roller skates and inline skates only.
- During peak hours, please refrain from driving in reverse or speeding.
- For first-time users, we recommend the Mini Link.
- Alcohol and smoking are prohibited inside the venue.
- Please refrain from eating and drinking outside the designated area.
- Please use the coin lockers instead of leaving your belongings on benches or other surfaces.
- Please do not place objects on the railing, sit on it, or lean over it.
- Photography is not permitted without permission from other users or staff.
- The use of stick-shaped objects, including selfie sticks, is not permitted.
- Pets are not allowed (except for service animals).
- In addition, please follow the instructions and warnings of the staff while on-site.
Prohibited matter
The following actions are prohibited within this facility:
- Unauthorized filming of other users or staff of this facility is prohibited.
- Coaching without consent, paid coaching activities
- Aggressive or coercive demands beyond legal obligations
- Actions that may interfere with the operation of this facility, actions that interfere with the work of staff, or actions that are deemed to pose a safety risk are prohibited.
- Actions that cause trouble or fear to other users or staff, such as shouting, using abusive language, intimidating, or threatening behavior.
- Any act that infringes on the portrait rights, privacy rights, or other rights and interests of our company, other users of our facilities, or other third parties, or any act that causes disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to them.
- Acts that violate laws and regulations, acts related to crimes, acts that are contrary to public order and morals
- In addition, any other conduct that we reasonably deem inappropriate.
Regarding the elimination of anti-social forces
Our facility strictly prohibits the use of our facilities by members of organized crime groups, their associates, and other anti-social forces.
- Anyone who does not comply with the above, or anyone else whom we reasonably determine to be unsuitable for use of our facilities, may be asked to leave.
- Our company shall not be liable for any theft, injury, illness, or other accidents that are not attributable to the fault of our facility. Users shall be liable for any damages caused to our facility or third parties due to their own negligence.
