What is the temperature inside Tokyo Dome?

Basically, we provide air conditioning to around 28°C in the summer and heating to around 18°C in the winter, but the temperature and humidity can change rapidly depending on the outside air and how many customers are mobilizing, so we can ensure the safety of our customers at all times. We manage it so that you can use it comfortably.

How do I purchase tickets to a Baseball game?

Advance tickets are sold at Tokyo Dome Ticket Counter, online, by phone, and at various play guides. Tickets are also available for sale on the day.
We also have a viewing plan (includes 1,000 yen Tokyo Dome Group ticket) that can be enjoyed by small groups of 4 people or more.

From what age do I need a ticket to watch a Baseball game?

Tickets are required for elementary school students and above.
For preschool children (those not yet enrolled in elementary school), up to one preschool child per adult may watch the Giants' regular season official games held at Tokyo Dome, provided they sit on the lap of the adult. (A ticket is required to secure a seat.)
*Excluding Giants official games, conditions may differ for other sponsored games.
*In order to prevent accidents caused by hit balls or broken bats, preschoolers will not be allowed to enter the Excite Seat even if they have an admission ticket. (Excite EASY seats allow preschoolers to enter and watch on their laps)
