Precautions when entering the building
- Parents or guardians must accompany children (elementary school students or younger) for entry.
- 保護者は、親、または親にかわる20歳以上の方。
- Up to 5 children can be accompanied by one adult.
- お子様のみ、またはおとなのみのご入館はできません。
- Children under 5 months old can enter free.
- こども平日1日フリーパスでご入館されたお子様とその同伴の大人のみ、再入館が可能です。
- Customers who enter with other ticket types will not be able to re-enter the museum.
- If it is crowded, numbered tickets may be distributed. For details,"About numbered tickets"
- Those who have been drinking alcohol will not be allowed to enter the building.
- Pets are not allowed in the facility.
館内ご利用時の注意事項
- To prevent injuries or trouble, we ask that parents keep an eye on their children at all times.
- Please be aware that we can not assume any responsibility for troubles between customers within our facility, lost or stolen items etc.
- Children should take off their socks when playing.
- Please empty pockets when playing.
- For safety reasons, you may be asked to remove any jewelry.
- For the prevention of infectious diseases, please refrain from entering the facility in poor physical condition.
- The entire facility is smoke free.
- 館内ではお菓子を含むお食事や飲食はできません。
- 離乳食のみ可
- 水筒やペットボトルなど、密閉できるフタ付きの飲料のみ持ち込み可能です。
- 休憩スペースでのみ、お飲みいただけます。
整理券について
アソボ～ノ！では、待機列が長くなり入館までにお時間がかかる場合、また館内混雑により入館を制限する場合に、整理券を配布いたします。
- 整理券を配布する際は、施設入口前にて配布いたします。
- 整理券は番号でお呼び出しするシステムです。時間のご指定はできません。
- 整理券の呼び出し順番となりましたら、全員おそろいの上ご来館ください。
- 整理券はお呼び出し開始から一定時間を過ぎるとキャンセルとなります。
- 入館列への途中合流はご遠慮いただいております。
