Ticket price (Giants official game)

Common for adults, elementary, junior high and high school students, and accompanying persons.	2,600 yen

Prices may vary depending on match day.
Children under elementary school age can enter for free, but must watch on the lap of an attendant.
Maximum of 2 attendants. Please select the number of people when applying. It is not possible to watch the game with only an attendant.
For official Giants games, we have 30 infield seats available (15 seats on the 1st base side and 15 seats on the 3rd base side). You can request seats on the 1st base or 3rd base side, but you cannot specify your seat.

When will the wheelchair seats be released?

How many people can accompany me?: Up to 2 people are allowed. Please select the number of people accompanying you when applying on e-plus. As with regular reserved seats, children under elementary school age (for Giants games) can enter for free with each paid admission ticket, but they will be required to watch the game on your lap.
Due to limited space in the wheelchair seats, people using wheelchairs are not allowed to enter as companions.
Please purchase wheelchair seats for the number of wheelchair users.
Please also note that you will not be able to watch the game alone with your accompanying person.

What should I do if my companion changes?: If an attendant is added after making a purchase on e-plus, please contact the following contact information in advance.
An additional fee of 3,000 yen per person (ticketing fee and tax included) will be paid in cash at the entrance (entrance for related parties) on the day of the event.
Please note that refunds are not available even if the number of attendants decreases, so please be aware of this before purchasing.

Can I purchase a wheelchair seat even if I am not accompanied by someone?: Although it is possible, we generally ask that a person accompanying you attend the event as well.
Please note that staff assistance may be delayed in the event of a disaster or emergency.

Can I cancel my ticket after purchasing it?: Please note that we cannot accept changes or cancellations after purchase.

Can I transfer season seat tickets, general reserved seats, and invitation seat tickets to wheelchair seats?

Transfers cannot be accepted in either case. Please purchase a ticket for wheelchair seating.

Where is the entrance?

Entrance will be from the related person entrance. An attendant will guide you to your seat.

I would like to know about movement within the stadium.: If you would like to use the elevator, please ask a nearby staff member.

Are there restrooms nearby?: Wheelchair-accessible restrooms (adult beds available) are available behind the seats on both the 1st and 3rd base sides.

Is it possible to choose my seat?: It is possible to request seats on the 1st base side or 3rd base side, but we cannot accept specific seating positions.
In some cases, you may be directed to a seat that is difficult to see due to pillars. Please note.

Is it possible to reserve a parking lot?: Customers with same-day tickets can reserve the Mitsui Repark Tokyo Dome parking lot.
Price: 400 yen for every 30 minutes (weekdays), 500 yen for every 30 minutes (Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and specific days), business hours 7:00-23:00 (*extended depending on match end time)
Vehicle height limit: 2m (as it is an underground parking lot, you cannot park more than 2m)

Where is the parking lot located?

The entrance to Mitsui's Repark Tokyo Dome parking lot is located on the left hand side as you head towards Korakuen Station from the Iki Sakashita intersection on Hakusan Dori. Please inform the security guard at the parking lot entrance of your reservation name.
From the parking lot to the entrance (entrance for related parties), take the nearest west elevator to the first floor above ground, exit the elevator hall, and proceed to the right at Korakuen Hall Bldg. at the end of the hall.

Is there a parking discount?: There are no discounts for parking within Tokyo Dome based on facility usage.

Is there an outlet at the wheelchair seat?: We will provide electrical outlets only for charging electric wheelchairs, respirators, and other medical equipment.

Are there priority seats for people with disabilities?

Wheelchair seats are seats for people who use wheelchairs on a daily basis. There are no priority seats for people with disabilities. If you have difficulty navigating stairs, etc., please purchase a seat that is as easy to move as possible with fewer steps.
