Please cooperate and follow the rules and procedures below when you visit Tokyo Dome. We want everybody to enjoy events safely and comfortably at Tokyo Dome.
Requests when attending the event

Tokyo Dome has become a completely cashless facility and cash cannot be used.
- No smoking is allowed inside Tokyo Dome

Smoking is strictly prohibited at Tokyo Dome to prevent crowding in smoking areas. If you wish to smoke, please inform a staff member you wish to re-enter and use the designated smoking area outside Tokyo Dome.
- Regarding the recording of visitor portraits and voices

As part of the organizer’s stadium production, footage taken of the seats, concourse, and field may be shown on the screens around the venue.
Customers and/or their voices may be included in this footage.
- Avoid exiting during crowded times

Please help us minimize congestion as everyone leaves the venue.We appreciate your cooperation.
Also, after leaving Tokyo Dome, please help prevent congestion by moving in non-crowded areas and not using the station nearest to Tokyo Dome.We ask for your cooperation.
Things that are not allowed to bring in Tokyo Dome. (Items not allowed)
- ビン、缶、ペットボトル類(凍らせたもの、1,000mlを超えるもの)、アルコール類
- Items that may cause inconvenience to other customers (items that emit a strong odor, items that make loud noises, etc.)
- Pets and other animals (excluding assistance dogs)
- Those aiming to secure excessive seats
- Baggage too big for a seat and that exceeds the size of the seat
Except for baby strollers. You cannot bring or use strollers to seating areas, so we keep your strollers at the entrance. - Firearms, swords, fireworks, firecrackers, toxic drugs, and other dangerous items
- Items that the organizers and Tokyo Dome deem to be disruptive to the progress of the event or facility management and operation, dangerous, or a nuisance to other customers.
Behaviors that are not allowed(Prohibited Behaviors)
- Any act that causes inconvenience to other customers
- Any act that may disrupt the progress of the event, such as using flash, light beams, or similar items
- Throwing objects into the spectator seats, concourse, grounds, or other areas
- Climbing up or hanging up tagouts, fences, railings, handrails, nets, etc.
- Saving spots before staff create a line (We take no responsibility for lines formed independently by customers or that form naturally, or saving spots in line using signs or personal belongings.)
- Watching games in a seat that is not stated on your ticket, or moving to an empty reserved seat.
- Watching games in evacuation places such as hallways, stairs, entrances, etc.
- Entering areas that are not allowed to enter
- Buying, selling, or servicing tickets for Sports, Concert, etc.
- Demanding money, valuables, or other benefits from other customers in relation to securing seats, viewing events, etc.
- Selling things, distributing flyers, and conducting surveys without permission from event holders or Tokyo Dome.
- Unauthorized selling, distribution, or display of merchandise
- Filming or distribution for commercial purposes or that causes inconvenience to others
- Taking photographs of staff members inside the stadium
- Breaking facilities or equipment
- Violent behaviors(violent language, threats, blackmailing, intimidations, violence, etc. )
- Making noises with no good reason inside or outside the stadium.
- Any act that the organizers or Tokyo Dome deem to be disruptive to the progress of the event or facility management and operation, dangerous, or a nuisance to other customers.
Those not admitted to enter
- Those who do not present official entrance passes
- Those who do not cooperate with baggage inspection when entering
- Those who are notably drunk
- Those who belong to an organized crime group or any type of antisocial forces, or any individuals associated with those groups
- Those who have been prohibited or refused entry by the organizers or Tokyo Dome
- Those for whom the organizer and Tokyo Dome consider it appropriate to refuse admission.

- Excessive cheering that causes inconvenience to other customers
- Any act that may disrupt the match, such as using flashlights, beams of light, or similar objects
- The act of turning on glowing cheering goods (maracas lights, etc.) during play.
- Throwing objects into the spectator seats, concourse, grounds, or other areas
- Climbing up or hanging up tagouts, fences, railings, handrails, nets, etc.
- Hanging balls or message cards into the field up fences or railings, etc, or behaviors to request for players' autographs.
- Chasing balls or other objects that may cause harm to other customers
- Using paper tapes, confetti, or jet balloons (baseball-bat-shaped balloons)

- Selling things, distributing flyers, and conducting surveys without permission from event holders or Tokyo Dome.
- Unauthorized selling, distribution, or display of merchandise
- Filming or distribution for commercial purposes or that causes inconvenience to others
- Taking photographs of staff members inside the stadium
- Breaking facilities or equipment

- Any other prohibited acts stipulated in the "Game Viewing Contract Terms and Conditions," or any acts that the organizers or Tokyo Dome deem to be disruptive to the progress of the event or facility management and operation, dangerous, or a nuisance to other customers.

- Other people who are subject to refusal of admission as stipulated in the "Game Viewing Contract Terms and Conditions," and people who the organizers or Tokyo Dome deem appropriate for refusal of admission.

- Cheering with banners or musical instruments (trumpets, drums, whistles, bells, etc.) is prohibited. (Only private cheering groups approved by the Professional Baseball Anti-Organized Crime Council may use them in accordance with the "Special Cheering Permission Regulations.")
- Please use cheering paraphernalia that does not protrude from your seat.
- Even if the item is within the above size range, we may refuse use if it is causing a nuisance to other customers.
- Signs and message boards are to be held up by one per person. (Items that need to be held up by multiple people are considered banners, which are not allowed.)
- Two grips can be added to make a sign easier to hold, but the grips cannot protrude from the sign itself.
- The content of cheering flags, cheering banners, message boards, etc. must be limited to those that support the team or players. (Content that violates public order and morals, or that contains slander, as well as designs that the organizers deem inappropriate for cheering on Baseball, are prohibited.)
- In addition, cheering equipment stipulated in the "Game Viewing Contract Terms and Conditions" and cheering equipment that the organizers and Tokyo Dome deem will interfere with the progress of the event or facility operation and management may not be used.
- During professional baseball games and warm ups, a whistle is blown to alert fans when home run and foul balls are hit.
Please keep an eye on the ball yourself as well. - Sometimes balls and merchandise are thrown into the stands as gifts to fans. Please be careful when this happens.
Also, chasing the ball is extremely dangerous, so please do not leave your seat when the ball is being thrown. - When a ball is hit, all or part of the broken bat may fly into the stand area.
- If you are injured by a flying ball or broken bat, we will administer first aid. Please alert a staff member nearby.
- The organizer and facility operator are not liable for any injuries incurred, unless the cause is attributable to the organizer or facility operator. Please keep an eye on any home run balls, foul balls, and gift balls thrown during warm ups and games to avoid being injured.
