  1. 1.There is a possibility that the event will be held at the same time as another company's event. Additionally, although events in the same industry may be held at the same time, please note that we will not disclose information about other companies' events in advance.
  2. 2.PRISM HALL will coordinate the loading and unloading times, but there is a possibility that the loading and unloading times may not be as requested. Thank you for your understanding.
  3. 3.As a general rule, the organizer will be responsible for preparing the audio equipment.
  4. 4.Although the venue will be partitioned by sliding walls, there is a possibility of sound leakage.
