2015年度 東京ドームMVP賞が決定！

Tokyo Dome Corporation annually presents the Tokyo Dome MVP Award to the player from the Yomiuri Giants, whose franchise is the Tokyo Dome Tokyo Dome who has performed most outstandingly in official games at the Dome. This year's winner is Miles Mikolas.

Mikolas won the title of highest winning percentage in the Central League this season, but since his first win at Tokyo Dome on May 28th, he has recorded seven consecutive wins, including three complete games (one shutout), and finished the regular season with an impressive record of 7 wins and 1 loss and an ERA of 1.49.

In recognition of their outstanding achievements this season and with the hopes of even greater achievements next season and beyond, the Tokyo Dome MVP Fighting Spirit Award was presented to Soichiro Tateoka, and the Tokyo Dome MVP Rookie Special Award was presented to Hayato Takagi.

Tateoka was established as the leadoff hitter from the middle of the season, and in addition to posting a high batting average of .341 at Tokyo Dome, he also recorded the team's highest number of stolen bases with 11. This is the first time that Tateoka has received the "Tokyo Dome MVP Fighting Spirit Award."
Takagi, who is the first player to receive the Tokyo Dome Rookie MVP Award since Sugano two years ago, pitched a team-high 89 1/3 innings despite being a rookie, and recorded six wins (one shutout), the second-highest on the team.

The awards ceremony was held on October 21st at the Suite Restaurants inside Tokyo Dome, with Tokyo Dome President and CEO Shinji Hisayo presenting Mikolas with a prize of 3 million yen, and Tateoka and Takagi with prize money of 1 million yen each.
